
Yuri Nagornykh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Moscow’s Lokomotiv, commented on the team’s prospects for the final stretch of the Mir Russian Premier League season. In the 29th round, Lokomotiv secured a 1-0 victory over Baltika.

“We keep moving forward, everything is still ahead. The 30th round is very important, and the championship remains highly interesting. I believe the intrigue is still alive,” Nagornykh said.
When asked about reports that Galaktionov could take over at CSKA, he replied, “As far as I know, the club has already commented on that.”
After 29 matches in the Russian Premier League, Lokomotiv has collected 53 points and sits in third place.
