According to Sport-Express journalist Mikhail Zislis, both Lokomotiv and SKA are showing interest in Torpedo forward Maxim Letunov. The 28-year-old recorded 28 points (12 goals, 16 assists) in 60 regular-season games, and added 6 points (1 goal, 5 assists) in 10 playoff appearances.
Letunov’s contract with Torpedo expires on May 31, making him an unrestricted free agent this summer. Zislis reported that Lokomotiv has pulled ahead of SKA in negotiations and is closest to reaching a contract agreement with the forward.
